mid pipe slip on

does this “ slip on “ which basically looks like a full system need a tune for it to run correctly, don’t mean to be asking a stupid question but it calls itself a slip on which normally wouldn’t need a tune, but looking like that i have concerns. Just got my 2018 yamaha R3 and i am a new rider. This seems to be budget friendly but i’m concerned i’d be buying more than i wanted as i’m not in the market to tune my bike just yet. can anyone please help
