Yamaha warrior 350 help

I have a yamaha warrior 350 and I'm having issues with it. On first start up she fires right up no issues, rides fine for a little while and then back fires then dies and won't start back up for about 10-15 min. I have replaced the carb, spark plug, intake boot, air filter, checked vavle lash and I'm still having this issue. If anyone has any insight into this problem I would greatly appreciate it.
