Looking for Rentals

Hey everyone, just curious if anyone knows of some people in town with privately owned rentals? My girlfriend and I and try to find something affordable and not trashy, but a large majority of the realtors here in town suck to be honest. We're trying to find a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom for under $1000 if possible and in terrace heights or west of 16th ave. If you know of anything potentially please let me know!
