Should I gamble in Weap banner now? Or should I wait for other characs?

I have C1 Miko whom I love so much. I obviously want to try getting her weapon just because I love her and I want to make her look pretty. Getting Xiao's weap won't be so bad either as I also have Xiao. However, I don't have enough primo and I'm grinding last minute. I think I can try until 70 pulls. I know there's a very small chance as I can still lose to standard weaps, but I really love Miko and I want to try to do it for her.

However, I've been hearing speculations about a Yelan rerun. I also want to try getting her C1 as she is my main DPS. I heard C1 Yelan is good and I would love to deal more damage with her. I'm also burning artis sometimes for EOSF in case anything will fit her.

So help me, please.

Is C1 Miko w signature weap better than a C1 Yelan or is it vice versa? Which one is the better choice? I think Miko bewitched me into loving her so much so please help me make a rational decision. I will appreciate it very much. Please help 🙏🏼
