Hello, just posted a new video. Started a YouTube channel about my weight loss and also trying to build a community where we can support each other and give each other tips and tricks. After all, we are fighting an addiction to food 😌 My videos are not in a quality I would love to and noticed a lot of “icks” I am doing while speaking but I learn with each video. If you can check it out and drop a like or a sub, I appreciate it a lot.
