Post Body

I just recently decided to check this movie since on imdb it has a 7.9 and many people claiming it's a South Korean masterpiece. I have to say I really don't understand how at all it's a masterpiece. I legitimately don't think I can recall of a movie in recent times that had such an annoying string focused soundtrack almost any time a serious or sad event took place. It was overbearing to the core and as for the melo-dramatics in general with this film? Way over the top. First time in a long time I can think of where the score to a movie absolutely killed it for me and of course the formulaic story/writing and bad melo-dramatics. Wanted to hear others thoughts on this though and even if Adam has maybe seen it and what'd he'd have to say on the film. I did end up giving it a 6/10 and thought it was for the most part okay but really held back by what I stated above.
