How do I create a custom archetype?

I found the custom data tab, and want to make what seems like a very simple archetype for the Unchained Monk (simply dropping the alignment restriction, and swapping WIS as his monk abilities score for INT). But I have no idea how I'd go about doing this.
So if someone knows how to do this and has a moment to spare, I'd appreciate a little help.
