What is the best way to experience real weather in XP 11?

I know nothing about add on weather really. I tried Xenviro but it's horrible with FPS as I'm on a lower end system. I use the freeware plugin enhanced skyscapes and I like it. I also have librain.

I fly some GA and a few airliners.

I am basically looking for a weather simulator. Wanting my sim to simulate real world weather but also allow my own custom weather. I want it to look and behave like I'm in a thunderstorm, for example. I want to see ice, see rain. I want to watch the clouds move and storms dissipate and form, etc. is this possible?
