Xiaomi 11T Pro WITHOUT 120W fast charge... still worth it??

Hi everyone. I'm based in New Zealand and really need a phone now. The stores have 11T Pro on a discount - at NZ$898 (approx. US$595) for 12G 256GB version.

BUT for some reason, the New Zealand version doesn't have the 120W fast charging function. I don't know if it just doesn't have that adaptor, or just doesn't have that function for these models.

Anyone knows why is that?

And would it still be worth it without 120W fast charging? Seems that this is one of the biggest selling points.

The other model I'm considering is Oneplus 9, but seems 11T Pro has a better photo quality. Another possible option is Xiaomi 12X - about NZ$80 more expensive for an 8 G 128 GB version.

I don't play games but want a good camera.
