My phone is connected to our router but no internet. My mom and sister are android and ios user and they have no problem at all. I have already reset our router to no avail. Iām now thinking of factory resetting this god damn stup*d phone but what if it still have that problem after resetting, I wont be able to connect to internet after factory reset.
Badly need help.
