I was suddenly having issues with the SMTP server setup on the machine as the scans and faxes are not going to the email. I found online that one of the solutions was to perform a system firmware update. I attempted the system firmware update through the embedded web server using Fleet Orchestra but the installation failed. I unplugged the machine and now, the printer won't go past the Please Wait screen. Will you please provide me with clear and easy instructions on how to factory reset the Xerox Altalink C8135 and get it working again?
