For what it’s worth I really enjoyed xenoblade 3 and have even been replaying it recently and have watched a lot of lore videos about the entire series but I’m still honestly kinda confused on this one thing. Where exactly did the city people come from and how were they all ouroboros but also not at the same time since only the main 6 party members are actually ouroboros? I know that the city people were new life created in aionios that are outside keves or agnus and that anyone born from the city will eventually be born back into the new world after origin reconstructs the 2 previous worlds together like it was supposed to but what I don’t get is where the first city people came from. Were the first people that made the original city before the founders (Matthew,glimmer, shulk/panacea, rex/linka, nikol, and na’el) in future redeemed originally keves and agnus soldiers and if so how did they escape the cycle and become ouroboros and create the city? Also are all the city people some form of ouroboros cause I remember when Monica is taking the party to the city for the first time she lifts her eyepatch and shows an ouroboros iris in her eye but does that also mean that she’s ouroboros but then how can that also work when the main party are supposed to be the only ouroboros since when they first get to city they meet city people that angry at them for “taking their place” as ouroboros since it’s stated that only 6 ouroboros can exist at one time?
