From looking at the age actors were in our favorite movies and TV shows, they looked much older than the ages they played. Plus we know more about health and things like not smoking. What age do people think you are?
I think at 40 I looked maybe 25. Then all of a sudden at 42 I think I now look 40. I’d be standing next to a 25 year old and wouldn’t look much different. Now I do.
Which is weird because in looking at pics of my dad, he looked 30 from the time I have memories through my childhood. Pics of him my first couple years of college look the same. Then at my college graduation, he looked 50, which is about what he was, grey hair and maybe 5-10 lbs heavier. He looked exactly the same for the next 20 years to the point he’d be 70 and people thought he was 50. Now at 72, he all of a sudden looks 72.
He kind of looks the same and then fast forwards.
Maybe I’m kind of doing the same kind of age jumping fast forward thing.
