Iron-man bug

I played through the campaign the first time around on normal mode without Iron-man enabled. The only glitches I noticed were graphical ones (the option screen would lose the save and exit button, the campaign clear mission didn't show me my stats etc),
But since u started a second time around on hard mode with Iron-man enabled, almost EVERY mission has a glitch or a crash which forces me to restart the game. This is ridiculous! Doesn't feel like a AAA release at all!
Anyone else facing horrible crashes?
