Weapon Mods and LW2 Compatability

So I started using a few weapon mods, like CVWeaponPackv2 and I noticed I could only use one attachment on these weapons, as with prior weapon mods that I've seen. Is this just from incompatibility with LW2, or is there some function I'm missing somewhere?
If there are similar mods that can be used with LW2, please direct me to them.
