[LW] 15e bug?

I've seen this before once or twice, but in 15e it seems to be happening all the time. It just happened 3 times in one mission. Whenever I kill something on overwatch, its corpse blocks the tile, and the corpse doesn't come home with me after the mission. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? Losing door cover or doors as entranceways is making things take longer and be harder than they should.
