Why would anyone take heat over shredder? I think I'm missing something here. If I do 10 damage to a robot it becomes 15 if I have Heat ammo. But if I shred it, then the next, lets say 3 squadmates, who all do 10 damage each, actually do 15. So that's 55 damage with shred vs 45 damage with heat. I could see it as being a one shot thing, but that would only really apply to drones. All the other robots have a lot of hitpoints. These numbers don't really track when you start talking about engis and medics doing the follow up damage, but still, if you're setting up a squad, you just open on the cyberdisk with your gunner and your infantry and snipers end up doing more damage (and are more accurate if you picked holo targeting), not to mention your rocketeer if you brought one along for some reason. So why do people take heat?
