Twitch App not allowing my party chat members to share audio while streaming

I have a series x and I am streaming via the Twitch app on Xbox. When I stream the setting that says party chat is not muted as I have tried multiple times unmuting and muting it and restarting streams and etc. Has anyone else encountered this issue and fixed it or does anyone else know if maybe there is a setting somewhere on my xbox that is blocking this out?
