Xbox X crashes whenever I try to load any video on my YouTube app

everything else works fine on my Xbox. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it three times.
I also tried powering off the Xbox after I uninstalled the active reinstalling the app.
that’s all I can think about doing to fix the problem and it’s not fixing the problem. Any advice has anyone heard of this problem happening before? I would really like to fix this.
