offline update error loop when upgrading to ssd

hey guys im just trying to upgrade my one x hdd to an ssd and im getting stuck in this error e106
ive read something about the OSU files not being up to date and im wondering if anyone has an up to date file or files i could clone to put on an ssd, thanks so much for any help.
