Dumbass xbox cant join a party

For like the last 3 weeks it has been an absolute nightmare joining a party. When im in on by myself everything is good. But as soon as i try and join someones, or someone joins mine, i just start connecting to the party until I disconnect. It’s driving me absolutely insane and i have done everything i can. Possibly think of, MAC address, power cycle, disconnect wireless, nothing is fucking working other than constantly starting new parties until by chance one of that happens to work.
