Sent a controller in for repair in December, it came back both not repaired, and physically damaged…

And now, two months later, I am still trying to get Microsoft to do something about it. Does anyone have any advice for dealing with them? This is incredibly frustrating.

I bought the Elite 2 Core on release. I used it for a month or two, but noticed there was just something "not right" about my analog sticks. Difficult to describe, but definitely an issue. It did have a tangible issue, though, when rotating the analog sticks, they would seem to catch, slightly, on something along the circle, like a small nit of flash or something, so that was a good enough reason to get a warranty repair. Sent it in in early December, got it back on the 20th. Only, they hadn’t fixed the stick issues, AND there was a physical crack in the front face of the controller, a crack that I sure as hell hadn’t made. So, I contacted them immediately on the 21st, gave them all the details, and then never heard back. Contacted them again, gave them all the details again, and then never heard back. Contacted them a third hime, asked to speak with a supervisor, went through all of the details a third time, and was "promised" that he would personally take care of my claim. At this point, I get an occasional email that my case is still ongoing.

Who do I need to talk to, and what do I need to say to get them to actually address this? They have told me that they are following up with FedEx, presumably blaming the damage to the controller on shipping, but the issues I had raised about the analog sticks were never repaired, either, I just got my non-repaired controller back, but with a newly installed crack on the face of it.
