Good afternoon, I'm thinking of buying XSX (right now I have a ps4 slim)

I've never had an xbox console, and it seems like a good way to enter the ecosystem and its sagas, what most catches my attention is forza horizon 5 and halo.

But I'm not only interested in xbox games, I want XSX to play all third party games too, it's the console I'll use for the whole new generation (instead of buying PS5). I have read that xbox is a little more powerful than ps5, but that games are usually a little less optimized in XSX, and therefore PS5 has that advantage in third party games. Is this true? How are third party games going on XSX? For example, looking at a benchmark, CP 2077 has slightly more FPS drops than the PS5 version. Does this happen with all third parties?

Note: I know I have a lot of questions about XSX these days, but I want to make sure I choose the right platform to enter the new generation.
