Ok...
So I picked up the series X. Not my first Xbox but it’s been a generation or so.
I really enjoy the console, in fact loving it. The speed, visuals. Everything.
The only thing I’m struggling with is the controller. Wow. It feels like I’m gaming in mud? Now I’m not a big fan of the offset sticks but that’s fine - I’ll go with that for now and adapt. What I can’t seem to understand (in comparison to the PlayStation) is why it feels so sluggish and actually makes me nauseous to play FPS with the controller.
It feels, just wrong and I’ve faked for many years.
So my question. Let’s take the new COD. What the hell are all the settings. I just want it to feel fluid and have no clue what left/right stick threshold means?? And don’t get me going on the rest of the options.
TLDR: basically what settings does an old dog need to continue to enjoy the system as of right now the controller is making me think twice about picking it up.
And no... not a fanboy of either. Just want to enjoy both for what they are!
