Hi Guys!
Historically, you were able to purchase an extended warranty within 45 days of purchase n such. Since I now have the SN in my MS account ( Do not have the console in my hands yet) I wanted to purchase the Extended warranty. Though, after reaching out to support, they say this was only possible during the initial purchase. Which is frustrating for sure, I have been getting different answers from everywhere. Does anyone know how / If I can get the warranty for the XSX? I ordered directly through the MS store as well.
In my haste, I forgot to click it during the checkout process during the September fiasco.
