Anyone having issues with having a warm yellow/orange overlay over apps and games?

Most of my streaming apps and one game (Halo Infinite) have a dimming blue light filter over that messes with the color and darkness of what I'm watching. I literally can't even see most of the action if it's a night time scene. And Halo Infinite is the first game that's done this now.

Ironically turning ON Night Mode in the Accessibility Menu actually disables this from happening for some reason. But if I turn on HDR it goes back to being filtered, regardless if Night Mode is on or not.

Anyone encounter this issue? Or know how to fix this without having to disable HDR?

TL;DR: Night Mode turns on when I don't want it to be on.
