Can’t get an IP address

Recently there was a service outage. At least that’s what my roommate told me when internet went out. (Personally I think he messed with it.) Now, my phone connects right away to the wireless WiFi. However, my Xbox one won’t. Keeps saying, “can’t get an IP address.” And “NAT unavailable.” “IPv4 & IPv6” or just IPv4. The troubleshoot says to unplug modem and plug it back in. I’ve done that. Funny that it connected perfectly while my phone wasn’t connected to the WiFi. But once my phone reconnected, the Xbox one loses connection.

Any ideas? I’m not sure how to fix this.
