Hey all, just wanting to express my frustration about the Xbox Elite series 2 controller. It's a great controller and I have made lots of use of the extra buttons at the back, I have taken lots of care of the controller (keeping it in its case after every use, cleaning it occasionally and not dropping it) its been almost 16 months since I first purchased it and now one of my buttons only works maybe 20% of the time (RB). Now I could just configure one of the spare back buttons to act as RB but that's not the point. I remember watching the video about the release of this controller and the amount of research and development that went into making sure it would last and be durable. I wouldn't be as disappointed if it wasn't for the $300 AUD price tag. Overall, great controller, but disappointed in its durability
