I know Iām being dramatic but yāall are the only people that can empathize and wonāt roll your eyes at the difficulty finding clothes.
I was went to the mall to try find a dress for a nice restaurant for my mums birthday and couldnāt find a singular dress that fit in the six stores I tried. I didnāt know we were going to go out when I packed (I love 3 hours away from her and came for the week) and thought 4 hours would be plenty of time to find something in a WHOLE MALL. Well I couldnāt and now Iām going out to a nice $40 an entree esque restaurant in drawstring corduroy pants and hoping theyāll let them slide since theyāre not within the dress code but the nicest thing I brought with me.
Itās my mums birthday so Iām trying to pretend Iām not upset but Iāve been working my butt off trying to gain weight and have gained a couple pounds over the last month but itās so hard and painful with my medical condition. I just want to be able to feel pretty and walk into a store and know I can find something but it feels so impossible between the ever increasing vanity sizing and medical issues.
Second this. One of the only stores I shop at. I try to aim for sales since they are pretty expensive at regular price.
