Wake up call about running in the dark

Post Body

I’ve been a bit of an idiot. Just did an interval session in my local area which is really hilly and also it got dark early today.

I knew it wasn’t very wise but an interval coincided with a downhill. I tripped on something as visibility was low and there were car lights ceverywhere and crashed to the floor downhill, hurting my hands, shoulder, hip and knee, I banged my head on the ground and parts of me were ON THE ROAD

I looked up thinking wtaf just happened and quickly got up. But if a car was there I probably would’ve got hurt. Thankfully nobody was too near

So I learned the lesson of not going fast down hill or doing intervals in low visibility areas. Don’t make my mistake, I’m so thankful I’ve not been really hurt

You can really tell that it's designed for running. Simple use. Fits really well. Makes for a really cool halo!

Best of all, it's cheap! Only $35!
