conflating sweating with tiredness

I’m one of those people who turns tomato red and sweats a gallon anytime I run. Often this feeling of being super sweaty gives me the illusion that I’m more tired than I actually am. I’ll start to think “oh boy I’m getting tired I need to stop” and then have to ask myself, “or are you just sweaty?”. Most of the time I’m just sweaty and do have the energy to keep going.
