Target priority...what do you target first/last in a game?

Newish player here... I've noticed that at least within my local meta there are certain ships that are universally targeted or ignored in the early rounds of a game.
Examples...
Target:
Pure Sabacc (bc of low survivability with high attack)
Biggs (post-faq bc of ability)
Quickdraw (bc you want to kill him quick instead of over multiple rounds)
Ignore:
- Kylo (not saying they're right, but the local meta favors leaving him for last)
Curious what other ships out there fall into the early Target/ignore lists?
