Why the Competitive / Casual divide?
Post Body

Hi, I've been playing since Wave 3 and was curious about some of the stuff I have noticed with the X-Wing community as a whole. I come from a background including Battletech, 40K, and Warmachine, and they are wildly different in how they handle things from Battletech's almost purely narrative to Warmachine's purely competitive. X-wing though seems to work as either and I enjoy playing games of Aturi Cluster, or running a Trench Run at a introductory game night as I do playing 100/6 competitive games and tournaments. In curious on everyone else's thoughts as I have never seen a game with as clear a delineation between casual and competitive to the points where both sides have their militant adherents.
