A question about winning on points
Post Body

So this came up during a game that went to time last night, figured I would ask here

When a game goes to time, I thought the winner was decided by whoever had more points left on the table, but my opponent argued it was whomever had more points destroyed, meaning if he had less points on the table but had less points to start with via an initiative bid, he won.

Allow me to provide a rough example, not exactly how it came out last night, just for a clear cut case.

Player A has a 100 point list, when time is called he has 30 points left on the table

Player B has a 90 point list, when time is called, he has 25 points left on the table.

Player A has destroyed 65 points, Player B has destroyed 70 points.

I was under the impression that Player A wins, but my opponent argued Player B wins. Would love some clarification, thanks!
