Advice: Tires and Wheels Package

Hello all,
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I purchased a 2021 Crosstrek Limited a couple of months ago and I'm thinking about buying new wheels and tires. The Subaru dealership offers a package of LP Avetures wheels and K02's for $2,750 USD (including installation) . I'm pretty new to the whole mods scene and I was wondering if this is a fair price or I should look elsewhere. Would 3rd parties install the TPMS sensor? Can this be done by yourself?
