(Fort collins co )So I live in an apartment with a sloped driveway and no garage access, usually I just street park my x and do any work I need like that. But when I tried to do my oil change today my fingers were freezing off, and the wind was absolutely horrendous. I rarely get days off so I'm trying to figure out what I can do during the winter months to do any work I want, without becoming a human popsicle or being fined.
Tldr: where can I work on my car without becoming a human popsicle during the winter months with no garage or covered parking.

Omg! I've been watching you for the last few months since I got my new x, and I would take that offer happily if it wasn't a day and a half travel. Thank you though!
