Bought this 2004 SE 3.3L RWD a couple months ago for $1200 dollars. 220,000 miles on it. Its changed hands only about 3 times according to the title. Ive since had it towed to a mechanic due to a bad distributor and bad instrument cluster. The entire fuel pump has been replaced under the assumption that the fuel gauge or sensor was bad (instrument cluster) , i installed a new battery, new distributor is currently being put into it. This is my very first vehicle and although i am a lube and tire tech by trade im still learning so i wanted coming here to ask a few questions.

  1. If i install all of these new parts and the codes still remain what else could it possibly be?

  2. Is it worth fixing?
