I can interact with men I’m not attracted to - no problem. However, if I find the guy attractive, I honestly don’t know what to do or say if it is in the work environment. I sexualise them quickly ðŸ˜. I’m super behind my peers when it comes to flirting and can’t flirt to save my life. I’m 32. I was raised in a strict Islamic household. My parents raised me to look at men as people who would lead to my downfall. I was raised to think that it is impossible for men and women to be friends. I’m going to overshare now but fuck it: I do need to get laid and I’m neurodivergent so my brain is constantly active so it’s possible that this plays a part.
I feel like men and women can be friends under certain conditions. I think that it’s important to be able to interact with the opposite sex for your career - for example.
Anyone else feel the same ?
