2 right, 1 left, some mysteries
Post Body

Twice on a slow speed right turn due to panic front brake. One on the left, forgot to put on the kickstand while taking the rear stand off. (Re)Learnt some lessons.

Last drop was last week while doing a U-turn from an upward slope. 2 what-could-it-be's:

  1. Weird fluid
  2. I saw some fluid on the ground and around the right crash bar. It didn't smell anything and colorless, doesn't seem like oil nor fuel.
  3. The fuel overflow tube appears dry
  4. I've already ridden around 30kms leading to the fall, so I don't think it's just water sitting somewhere under the tank - from when I washed it or the rain on the previous days

  5. Crooked front

  6. After the fall, my bike still runs well and smoothly. I even rode a lot more after that

  7. However, I feel like the front is crooked somewhere. When driving forward, the lefthand side of the handlebar feels tilted forward. Not sure if I'm just paranoid, but it feels farther than the right while riding straight

  8. I've inspected a lot but nothing seems bent nor damaged other than the crash guards and rear brake lever (already bent from my first fall)

  9. i suspect the wheel itself is bent or maybe the fork, but it runs just fine

Lessons: - never ever touch the front brakes while doing slow speed turns - always keep the kickstand down while on the rear stand - when doing a U-turn on a slope, better reverse instead when possible

I'm glad that I've got crash guards, totally worth it! Will try to bring it to a mechanic tomorrow before another wee-bit-long ride
