Note that the account reserves have been flipping back and forth between 20/5 and 10/2 over the last several days because the vote is so close, and it can go back to 20/5 at any moment if a validator changes their mind or goes offline.

If your wallet app isn't yet reflecting the new reserves (e.g. XUMM), give them time up update the SW. In the meantime, you can verify this for yourself at https://xrpscan.com/validators and note that the votes being cast now are by validators who want 20/5, indicating that reserve level is not the current state (previously you would have seen the other validators voting for 10/2). You can also connect your wallet to Sologenic and check your account reserves because their website changes dynamically with the network.

Additionally, you can check the status of the Account Reserves by submitting a "server_info" command at xrpl.org here:
