Given that the SEC is going after, soon to be everyone, do you think they would risk appealing Torres’ decision via the Supreme Court, setting a legal precedent that would hinder all their other cases?
This is provided Ripple/Xrp come out on top in the case. If so, I think it would be too risky for the SEC to pursue.
