scrolling question

I have an a5 tablet which I have used on my PC. I moved now to a laptop. Before installing the driver/app, win11 recognized it as mouse and when clicking the upper btn, i got a scroll wheel on the website. very useful for tumblr scrolling (for instance).
Then I unstalled the driver from the xp-pen website and that function is gone.
How could I restore that? Now the upper button changes to pen when clicked once and eraser, when 2x. Probably helpful in photoshop.
