Which of these should I spend money on? Biggest bang for your buck.

Trying to think aloud but would love opinions on which package yields the biggest return. I did CNY package first time around and it got me up to 500 on the fireworks so yields 2 S cards, 34 scrolls, & 1250 diamonds (Also coupled with the daily $2 boxes I buy) and 7 NY envelops which are random. The wish summons package would get me to 107 wish cubes, 4750 diamonds, and 1 guaranteed hero of choice with the other rewards being random of armor, diamond, ore, etc. Which would you spend the $25 on?
