Trying to find out what black & white TV show was shown on a CRT TV during a scene in S4 E3

So around the 18:08 timeframe of Season 4 episode 3 titled “Teliko”, there was a scene when the Philadelphia PD knocked on the front door of a “Mr. Aboa” inquiring about a missing persons case. During that scene, the camera pans to someone watching an old black & white western TV show playing on an old CRT tv in the apartment and im wondering what that TV show was. My first thought was Judge Roy Bean (1955) because one of the characters looked sorta like Roy from that show. Any thoughts on what the show might be?
