Trigger delay on controller while sniping?

And I’ve also noticed a delay with using abilities sometimes. The delay trigger delay, shooting usually happens after aiming down sight quickscopimg. Any recommendations on how to fix thjs? I don’t see a trigger deadline option like Apex. If there’s no work around I hope the developers fix it
