Loading suddenly a ton slower

I don't know why, but despite using pretty much the same mods my loading takes 4 to 10 minutes now when it used to take 30 seconds to maybe 2 minutes at worst.
Before it went almost instantly to firebrand when entering a mission, now no matter what I change it's just "Vigilo Confido" loading and loading for minutes on end before after ages it finally loads in. It is so insanely slow it's almost unplayable.
I have no idea what is slowing it down so much.
