Hey guys, so I am not sure if this is the most appropriate place to post this but if it’s not I’ll take it down. So anyway, I’m working on a pretty large crossover between Star gate and Halo/ others eventually, and I’m looking for writers who want to join me. I would write it myself, but I do not have the time nor do i have skill to write it. I am not a creative writer; I am more of world builder/editor/charter developer, but this is something that I would like to see created so that why I’m asking for help. Once again this is just for fun.

Setting of the story: In this story the star gate is not found until 2518, and humanity has had almost 500 years to develop into a space faring civilization, when the human covenant war starts in the year 2524 the star gate program becomes a top priority for the UNSC and because of the technologies gained from the program the UNSC is able to hold the line and the war becomes a bloody stale mate as both sides try to take and retake planetary systems. However the covenant is just two large and human attrition rates are too high, in a last ditch effort to save humanity the UNSC launches operation Poseidon. An expedition of UNSC scientists and military personal are sent through the star gate to establish a foothold in the Pegasus galaxy. Their mission is to discover new allies, find and utilizes new technologies to fight against the covenant, and finally establish a secure location if earth falls.

There is obviously more to the story but that’s the main idea of it, if you haven’t guessed yet it’s going to be following the star gate Atlantis crew as it goes on its adventures fighting the wraith and meeting new people and trying to do all it can to help earth. I feel this setting would give us the perfect opportunity to explore life on Atlantis, the Pegasus galaxy, and the halo universe. This story is going to be pretty big, and it’s why I need some help writing it, all are welcome, your only qualifications needed are to love halo/ halo lore and star gate, If you’re interested then let me know, I can usually talk through steam and discord.
