Any way to fix stuck joint? (Shoulder)

Bought the shinsuke survivor series elite from ringside and the left arm is completely stuck. It can rotate but can’t go up or down at all, I’ve had a few where a little force can get it to go but this one, it seems if I apply any more force the bicep will break off or the shoulder will break the socket. Is there any way to fix this or am I screwed? I sent an email to Mattel but they took a pretty long time to respond on my last issue and I’m sure ringside won’t do anything about it.
