FFB problems, PC, TS-PC

The ffb strenght in windows settings(wheel config) goes to 0 after pausing the game. I noticed it goes lower with each pause, and i can check how the % in the config is lowering. Only leaving game settings FFB at 100% prevents this, so you can only adjust it via wheel settings in windows.
Any idea why this happens? I even reinstalled the whole game just in case.
