With all due respect, was it really necessary to include them in Queen of the ring tournament?

I mean get that they are star attraction but they are tag team champions, which mean WWE could have given them a tag title defending match at Saudi. Queen of ring should have been for midcarders who rarely get opportunity to perform at big stage.
